Scribe Origins is provided by Guiix Pty Ltd, Australia. Refund requests depend on where you paid: the App Store, Google Play, or the web. The steps below explain who to contact.
Apple processes App Store payments and pays us our share of each sale. Apple handles refund requests for subscriptions paid through the App Store. Use Apple’s Report a Problem page to request a refund. Apple decides whether to approve the request.
If you cannot find it, ask us in Settings & Account → Support and we will point you to the right place.
You can request a refund through Google Play, or contact us in Settings & Account → Support. Tell us your Google Play order number and when you were charged. We can review the purchase and issue a refund if it is eligible. Google also reviews requests under its own refund policy.
Ask us for a refund in Support. Tell us the email address on the account and roughly when you were charged. If we approve it, the money goes back to the card or account you paid with.
Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not return the payment for the period you are currently in, and you keep full access until that period ends. If you want the current payment back, ask for a refund as well as cancelling.
Tell us in Settings & Account → Support if you were charged twice or charged after cancelling. We will check the charge. App Store refund requests go to Apple; we review refund requests for Google Play and web purchases.
Once a refund is approved, how quickly it appears is up to your bank or card issuer. It usually takes a few working days, and sometimes longer with an international card.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
Questions about a payment? Open Scribe Origins and go to Settings & Account → Support. We answer there.
